If Your Order Arrives Damaged

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share a continuous, unedited unboxing video and clear photos of the packaging.
  • Include your order number, name, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Once verified, we’ll provide a replacement or an equivalent artisanal solution.

What Isn’t Considered a Defect
